This long overdue addition to an existing municipal theatre run by Curtain Call, Inc. is situated on Stamford's public golf course, Sterling Farms.

Designed with a sustainable approach this theatre will now provide dressing stations for a maximum cast of 60, a rehearsal space that relfects the size of the stage, adequate public bathroom facilities and a new lobby which will bring the theatre experience to a new level.

Solar hot water was also installed as the application fit the needs of the bathhouses very well.

The work resulted in a 170 page study manual and culminated in the presentation of our findings at a well attended public information meeting.
